Duke Radiology at Walt Disney World - November 2-5, 2025

The registration fee is $1,295 if paid on or before October 2, 2025. We offer discounted registration rates to Duke Radiology alumni of $1,195 and Military/NonMD/Intraining/Retired of $1,095. Beginning October 3 there is a $100 late fee in addition to the registration fee.

The fee is payable online by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. A 3.7% convenience fee will be added at checkout if paid with a credit card. Payments can also be made by check payable to Premier Meeting Services and mailed to Duke Radiology CME c/o Premier Meeting Services at 7730 Ivory Ter, New Port Richey, FL 34655. There is a $150 administrative fee for cancellation. Written notification must be received by October 31, 2025 to receive a refund.
