Not getting Lucky Vouchers

So, been playing a bit more recently, but for the last few days, I haven't been getting Lucky Vouchers. I am online (in fact, typing this ingame), but still, I've gotten nothing. Is there any way to fix this?

Whenever you log into Monster Hunter World, you might notice that you obtain something called a Lucky Voucher, and you may find yourself wondering what do Lucky Vouchers do, and how can you use them? What Do Fortunate Vouchers Do?

Lucky Vouchers are single-use items which guarantee that the random quest rewards will slip. This means that, a reward which might drop from completing a quest is instead definitely going to drop. Furthermore, Blessed Vouchers double the reward currency you receive upon quest completion. This is a valuable commodity, as finding some of the rarer reward items becomes complex in the late-game. Lucky Voucher is an Item in Monster Hunter World (MHW).

You can use a lucky voucher when posting a quest to add bonus rewards upon its completion.

Lucky Voucher Information

Lucky Vouchers are obtained once per real-life day with the Login Bonus. In the event you miss a day, you'll still get all Lucky Vouchers in the next Login Bonus. However you can only have a maximum of 5 Lucky Voucher so be sure to use them before checking the Login Bonus.

Lucky Vouchers double the amount of Zenny you get at the end of a quest, stacking with the Investigations Zenny bonus. It also allows you to get more drops as quest rewards(guarantees receiving the max amount of quest reward boxes), upping the chances of getting rare drops slightly.

Each member of a group can use one Lucky Voucher per quest. Lucky Voucher effects are NOT shared between every party member.

You can check how many Lucky Vouchers you have by going into any quest category and looking on the right border of the screen, next to the map.

Do Lucky Vouchers guarantee rare rewards?

I've read this in a couple of places, but I've also seen people question it. Does anyone now for sure if they work this way, and how it works?

Does it guarantee a rare reward, or just increase the chances? Which reward is it if a monster has more than one rare one? Do you need a gold slot to get it, or any color? Does it work on quests, or just investigations (aside from the zenny bonus)?

no. a voucher basically just increases the AMOUNT of quest rewards you get at the end. but what these extra slots will contain remains entirely rng with the same rates as before. it doesnt increase rare dropchance at all.

basically (the numbers are random aswell for quest reward slots only very few are 100% fixed these numbers are just an example) :

lets say a quest would grant you 10 boxes (fields or whatever you wanna call these blocks at the rewards screen) of rewards
(these can contain ANYTHING from monster parts to armor spheres to whatever that monster can drop on top of its parts) without a voucher. if you had used a voucher before that same quest you would have maybe gotten 15 boxes of rewards instead of
