My family and I stay at this property often and have never been disappointed! The front desk staff are always kind, helpful, professional, and helpful; along with all the other staff. The breakfast is always fresh, hot, and well stocked, the rooms are spotless, the property is skillfully kept, well lit, and very safe. We will always give back and definitely recommend them.
Very tidy and newly renovated through out the entire hotel. Our parking lot-side room on the 4th floor was very quiet. TV was a bit finicky but the friendly staff persevered until it worked. Shower was fragile but plenty of hot liquid. The only real criticism was the very awarkardly placed elevator. Also since there was only one elevator we had lots of competition the next morning for it against cleaning staff, breakfast eaters, and fellow travelers, like us, who had to hit the road early.
Overall, it was a great place to stay after a day at DollyWood park. Not far from the park and easy to find with plenty of parking without a fee. Our spacious room was located on the 4th floor at the finish of the hallway and the king size bed was very comfortable with
